Explore our complete list of courses. We offer a variety of the State mandated CEU’s to suit your educational needs. Our courses are designed to teach individuals the fundamentals of Nursing Care under State and Federal guidelines

Payment plans and financial assistance are available to those that qualify. Please contact the office for further details. ALR EHS accepts Workone Vouchers and Company employee scholarships. You may register online using PayPal however, a convenience fee will be added to the total cost of the course. Or you may bring a money order or cashier’s check before the start of class. Make your money order or cashier's check payable to ALR Educational Health Services Inc. A refund may be issued, only if courses are canceled by ALR EHS. If a student registers for a class and fails to attend, no refund will be issued. ALR EHS does not accept cash or personal checks. All fees are nonrefundable per course policy.

  • Valid State ID (must not be expired)
  • Physical within one year
  • Tuberculin Test (TB) within six months
  • Must pass a Background check per State law
  • Must pass a Drug screen per State law

IN Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Course

Admission Requirements:

  • GED/High School Diploma or Transcripts
  • Valid State ID (must not be expired)
  • Physical within one year
  • Tuberculin Test (TB) within six months or Chest x-ray
  • Proof of 1,000 hours worked as a CNA or passed Pharmacology with a C or better
  • Must pass a QMA Math/English and Basic CNA competency test with a minimum of 80%
  • Must pass a Background check per State law
  • Must pass a Drug screen per State law
  • Proof of good standing on the CNA registry obtained from: https://www.in.gov/pla/3119.htm

Admission Requirements:

IN Phlebotomy Course

Admission Requirements:

  • This course is for employers or companies seeking to assist their employees in the National Phlebotomy certification. Contractual agreements may be reviewed with the Director of Education and must be signed prior to the start of the course. This course is no longer offered to the public.
  • GED/High School Diploma (Optional but preferred)
  • Valid State ID (must not be expired)
  • Physical within one year
  • Tuberculin Test (TB) within six months
  • Must pass a Background check per State law
  • Must pass a Drug screen per State law
  • Must pass a basic Math/English and basic Phlebotomy competency test with a minimum of 80%
